7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New South Wales.

8. Full payment is due upon completion of the work and can be made using Cash, Visa, Mastercard or EFT only. We may charge a surcharge of 1.95% for any credit card transactions, which is passed on by our terminal provider. TL Electricians Wollongong will keep ownership of any electrical appliance or fitting until full payment has been received. Failure to pay as agreed may result in the removal of materials, and we shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from such removal.

9. We undertake disposal of rubbish using the local garbage bins at the premises.

10. Any fitting or electrical appliance supplied by customers will not be warranted by TL Electricians Wollongong. Service charges will apply for repair or replacement of these items if found to be faulty and requiring further work.

11. Our lifetime warranty applies to workmanship conducted by TL Electricians Wollongong only. Any faults resulting from workmanship, not affected by external factors, will be repaired at zero cost to the customer. Manufacturer warranty periods apply to fittings and appliances supplied by us.

12. While removing any existing material or appliances during our work, we take the utmost care. However, we will not be held responsible for any damage caused to walls, floors or other surfaces in the removal process.

13. Our “Refer a friend discount” Gift voucher & $50 off promotions are available for any repair or installation service, but not in conjunction with any other offer. The voucher must be presented to obtain the discount and gift card. The discount/promotion is only valid with services/repairs over $350 AUD and does not apply to Call Out fees or Emergency Jobs.

14. At times, we may use personal information provided by customers to market our own products, services & promotions. Customers may opt out at any time by emailing us.

15. Discounts and promotions such as money off promotions, VIP vouchers and discounts are applicable upon presentation of a valid voucher or by mentioning the online promotion. Discounts apply to any repair or installation service and are only valid with services/repairs over $350. They do not apply to Call Out fees or Emergency work.

16. To accept our job quotes, a minimum deposit of $50 or 10% (whichever is greater) is required. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or changes of mind and will be kept by the seller in full. Any custom amount as negotiated between the buyer and seller is also payable on acceptance/agreement of job quotes.
